ARB Catalyst
UNLOCK YOUR LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
Hi, I'm Andy, and my company is ARB Catalyst. My mission is to empower Commercial, AI and Public Sector leaders through transformative executive coaching. ARB Catalyst offers bespoke coaching programs designed to meet the unique challenges faced by today's leaders, focusing on developing critical skills, enhancing decision-making, and fostering innovative thinking.
I have worked for over 35 years in Senior Commercial roles in start up, small and large companies, including 13 years working in leadership roles in Google. I have worked in several geographies including Asia and Europe.
I am passionate about acting as a "thinking partner" with my clients to enable their success. I have a Business degree, a Masters and a triple accredited Executive coaching qualification from Reading University (Henley Management College).
As well as ARB Catalyst I'm currently a Trustee for a large Hospice, a Director of a small Property business and an advisor to a couple of IT Start ups.
More importantly I'm a husband married for 30 years to Rebecca - a primary school teacher and now a dyslexia assessor, a father of 3 twenty something grown up kids, a smitten Hungarian Vizsla owner, and a keen sportsman.
I'd love to connect and see how we can work together.
